When I discovered a bustling new fashion scene in Addis Abeba, Ethiopia, I immediately sought out designers to work with.
I came across the brand Yefikir and owner, Fikirte Addis. We connected instantly about shooting her next lookbook together. We planned out the entire story, models, and locations via email before meeting in person. We met when I arrived in Ethiopia and shot over a three day period creating her fashion story, Timeless Girl / Modern World.
